Precise measurements and technical documentation of the project, starting at $149 CAD (taxes extra) — credited to your project if you sign within 45 days.

Contractual proposal
A written proposal detailing scope, assumptions, materials and price, ready to sign.
Every project follows the same four stages, in the same order. Nothing is billed before the third stage, and that stage’s amount is explained up front — never after the fact.

Precise measurements and technical documentation of the project, needed to prepare a reliable contractual proposal. This amount is fully credited to your project if you sign a contractual proposal within 45 days of this stage.
